- Kimminic Corporation operates as the parent of three registered Ghanaian subsidiaries for the operation of jatropha plantations, crude jatropha oil, bio-diesel production and all by-products, as well as the logistics for moving seeds, oil and other by-products.
- Kimminic Estates Limited (KEL) operates the plantations and cultivates the Jatropha seeds.
- Kimminic Oil Production Limited (KOL) operates the crude jatropha oil extraction and refining, the bio-diesel production and all other by-products, including the organic fertilizer production.
- Kimminic Logistics Limited (KLL) operates the movement of seeds, oil, fertilizer and other by-products to their destinations.
